GET /weather-stations/v2/stations/observations/latest - Get Bulk Latest Observations
GET/weather-stations/v2/stations/observations/latest
Returns the single most recent observation for every station the API
key is authorised for. This is the bulk counterpart to
GET /stations/{station_id}/observations/latest: designed for
dashboards and monitoring systems that need the current state of an
entire station network in one call.
The station set is auth-driven: the response covers all stations the key
is entitled to, with no station list to supply. (Requesting a named
subset via a station_ids parameter is planned for a later release.)
This is a dedicated bulk endpoint, distinct from the single-station
GET /stations/{station_id}/observations/latest path.
No time parameters are accepted on this endpoint. Providing any time
parameter returns 400 Bad Request.

Most recent observation for all entitled stations. Returns a BulkObservationResponse where each station block contains a single observation.
Bad Request - Invalid parameters.
Unauthorized - Missing or invalid API key.
Forbidden - API key does not have access to this resource.
Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded.
Internal Server Error.
Service Unavailable - Temporarily unable to handle requests.
