GET /weather-stations/v2/stations/{station_id}/observations/latest - Get Latest Station Observation
GET/weather-stations/v2/stations/:station_id/observations/latest
Returns the single most recent observation for the specified station. This is the recommended endpoint for monitoring dashboards and status boards that poll at a fixed interval — the stable URL is cacheable at the gateway layer, unlike a parameterised query.
For multiple stations use GET /stations/observations/latest.
For time-range queries use GET /weather-stations/v2/stations/{station_id}/observations
with from_date_time, to_date_time, or last_minutes.
No time parameters are accepted on this endpoint. Providing any time
parameter returns 400 Bad Request.
